The story of Hubapps began with the dynamic duo that is Maria and Pablo, two mobile marketing specialists who saw the same problem from different angles.
María de la Puente had been deep in mobile gaming since 2011, back when most marketers were still figuring out that games weren't just another app category. While others were applying traditional digital marketing playbooks, María was learning a hard truth: mobile games are entertainment experiences that need completely different acquisition strategies.
Meanwhile, Pablo Elizalde brought technical expertise from his background as an iOS Developer and Scrum Master at The Mobile Company and Woov in Amsterdam.
The team met in Amsterdam, and the rest, as they say, is history!
